Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Some orders may take longer, such as pre-order items.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking: You will receive tracking details over email once the order is shipped.
Delivery Timeline: Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 working days depending on the delivery pincode and shipping partners.
At the Time of Order Delivery:
If you think you have received the product in poor condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please accept the delivery and email your concern along with photos of the affected product to support@theapexclub.in. Please mention your order number, and we will ensure a replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery:
If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
When Do I Have to Self-Ship the Product to Apex?
Though a specific courier may deliver products to your address, they may not have reverse pick-up service. In such cases, you will need to ship the product back to us. Connect with our team and we will share the return address.
Subscription, Pre-Order & Try-Before-You-Buy Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. This policy explains how you can cancel or modify such purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel the subscription.
If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or soon to be available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a full or partial refund (as per our returns policy).
